We are hiring an Account Manager and a Digital Marketing Manager

 

We have two exciting opportunities for an Account Manager and a Digital Marketing Manager, looking to work with high-profile brands in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships while overseeing the delivery of creative and marketing projects from start to finish. Acting as a primary point of contact for our clients and working closely with our internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while also exploring opportunities for upselling and business growth.

The day-to-day role:

Client Relationship Management: Delivering exceptional customer service and communication between our clients and our internal teams, building and maintaining strong relationships by understanding clients’ business goals, strategic objectives and campaign briefs and communicating these internally.

Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of creative projects, from briefing to final delivery. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and align with clients’ expectations and agency standards.

Budget Management: Manage project budgets and timeframes, including liaising with our internal teams to plan and coordinate cost estimates, project schedules, campaign reviews and reports. Keeping abreast of the work schedule to ensure client expectations are managed and projects are delivered within agreed budgets while maintaining agency standards.

Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling by understanding clients’ evolving needs and in collaboration with design and marketing teams, propose new services or creative solutions.

Problem-Solving: Reactive to address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively. Find solutions to challenges that arise during projects, ensuring client satisfaction.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance and other key metrics. Provide clients with regular reports and insights, offering recommendations for future improvements.

Do You Have What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field.

Proven experience in account management or client services roles, preferably within a creative design agency.

Strong understanding of marketing and branding principles.

Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships.

Strong attention to detail, organising and processing, and proofing work, with a passion for planning and the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks effectively and deliver under pressure.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

A proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership.

A positive, self-motivated team player with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and driving continuous improvement.

 

DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Working alongside talented designers and marketing specialists, this role will see you at the helm of all things digital for our clients and as part of the growth plans for our own brand.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will support the implementation of the digital marketing strategies covering SEO, PPC, UX, content marketing, social media and multi-channel digital campaigns.

We work with businesses across multiple sectors, so any given brief will present new challenges and opportunities.

Specific duties may vary based on the client requirement, but common responsibilities include:

· Plan, create and deliver on the digital requirements of strategic marketing campaigns.

· Support the content creation and implementation of social media calendars.

· Monitor and report on website performance using Google Analytics.

· Research the market for new trends, SEO reporting, competitor activity and any other relevant research topics.

· Work closely with our creative and account management team as well as our client’s management and in-house marketing teams.

· Carry out general departmental administration duties.

 

Do You Have What We’re Looking For

You should have a professional qualification in marketing or communications and good understanding of both traditional and digital marketing activities.

We are looking a confident and clear communicator, proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative.

Using commercial insight you will have an understanding of client business activities, key issues and how to gain a competitive advantage in order to market their business effectively.

As an integral part of the creative team you will play an active part in brainstorming sessions on client briefs, adding ideas to creative strategy relevant to digital audiences.

With exceptional time management and highly organised, you will have the ability to balance several projects and prioritise efficiently.

We need someone with strong IT and copywriting skills with exceptional attention to detail, working with a high degree of accuracy.

A strong team player, you should have excellent relationship building skills and collaboration, acting as a bridge between our clients in-house marketing teams and the Ripple design team.

You will have experience of using LinkedIn and Facebook for business, and a creative flair for written copy for both traditional and digital channels.

Desirable if you have experience using design tools such as Canva, Photoshop and Adobe InDesign or equivalent.
