Big Ideas, Built In: Meet Ben, Our New Marketing Executive

There’s another new face at Ripple - and a sharp one at that.
Ben has joined the team as our new Marketing Executive, bringing with him a global toolkit of marketing skills and a keen interest in growing brands in the manufacturing and construction industry.
Ben’s experience spans planning and managing international campaigns right across Ireland, the UK and the US. He’s helped businesses sharpen their digital presence, boost brand visibility and drive engagement through well-planned, multi-channel strategies. From social media management to campaign planning, Ben knows how to turn digital activity into measurable results.
A graduate of Ulster University with a BSc (Hons) in Marketing, Ben has built his career on data-driven creativity, crafting compelling narratives and rolling out strategies that deliver impact across the board. His background makes him a strong fit for Ripple’s strategic, sector-specific approach to construction marketing.
So what brought him to Ripple? In his words:

Ben’s especially excited by the challenge of marketing for manufacturing and construction brands, where the landscape is shifting fast and digital channels are underused.
“There’s real energy in this sector,” he says. “Manufacturers and construction firms have powerful stories to tell - but they often need help telling them in a way that connects. That’s where strategy and creative thinking come in.”
Ben also strengthens Ripple’s growing client services capability - part of our ongoing investment in delivering more proactive, responsive and results-focused support for the businesses we partner with. As our client base expands, so does our commitment to making sure every campaign, every brand and every conversation gets the attention it deserves.

Now, we should mention that Ben’s from County Down. That might spark a bit of friendly rivalry with our Armagh team, but since he’s more into golf and rugby than the GAA, we’ll call it even. For now.
