Ripple Creative is looking for a Middleweight Graphic Designer (3+ years’ experience) to join our award-winning studio in Armagh.
This is a chance to step into a pivotal role where you’ll shape bold brand identities, lead creative campaigns, and grow with a collaborative, passionate team.

Your Role
As a Middleweight Graphic Designer, you’ll:
• Develop branding projects, campaigns, and visual identities
• Drive concept development and bring fresh creative thinking to briefs
• Collaborate closely with clients, marketing teams, and internal creatives
• Mentor junior designers, sharing feedback and guiding their growth
• Ensure high-quality design output across multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail
• Meet strict deadlines, budgets in a fast paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years’ agency or in-house design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns & creative problem-solving
• Exceptional attention to detail with a sharp eye for typography & layout
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (motion design a plus)
• Confidence in presenting ideas to clients and internal teams
• A team player who thrives in a fast-moving creative environment
