Tobermore had the products, the expertise, and the reputation—but their brand needed to catch up. For over two years, we worked closely with Tobermore’s team to evolve their identity, redesign creative across all touchpoints, and create tailored messaging for key audiences. Our efforts included innovative campaigns, CGI product animations, and a high-impact 300-page specification guide. The rebrand improved Tobermore’s perception, drove customer engagement, and helped secure major new business, significantly enhancing its market presence.

Challenge

Tobermore’s outdated branding and marketing materials negatively impacted their image and market perception. The challenge was to evolve their identity, modernize all creative touchpoints, and create audience-specific messaging to improve engagement, drive new business, and position Tobermore as a trusted industry leader.

Process

Ripple collaborated closely with Tobermore’s in-house team to modernize their brand. Starting with a deep understanding of their objectives and market research, we developed tailored strategies for their diverse audiences: Specifiers, Homeowners, Developers, and Merchants. Ripple integrated seamlessly with Tobermore’s team, delivering full-funnel creative solutions, including website redesigns, innovative product campaigns, and CGI animations. Core values such as Customer Trust and Environmental Responsibility guided our work. Highlights included multimedia campaigns at Belfast Airport and a 300-page specification guide. Our creative integration ensured consistent, high-quality delivery across all print, digital, and POS materials.

Outcome

The Tobermore rebrand successfully enhanced their market perception, improving engagement and helping secure new clients with major Merchant and housebuilding companies. The standout 300-page specification guide became a critical asset, with multiple print runs, 890 online downloads, and significant contributions to Tobermore’s £100m specification bank. Ripple’s innovative CGI product animations and multimedia campaigns resonated with diverse audiences, elevating Tobermore’s brand presence across all touchpoints.
